Long Distance Sailing
Starlight has just finished her long distance adventure to Thailand and is on her way back to Australia. If you've seen our adventures on YouTube as 'Sailing With Starlight' and you'd like to jump onboard for some learning to sail adventures, read this article.
Needing a sea change, Starlight cast off the lines from Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays in mid 2022 and sailed all the way to the Torres Strait, then to Darwin through Indonesia to Malaysia and on to Thailand. Once we arrived, the next most logical thing to do was to sail all the way home again to Airlie Beach! So, Starlight is now on her way home. We'll be back in the Whitsundays in January 2024 and ready to run our Sailing Basics, Intro to Yachting and more advanced courses along with ‘Experience Builder’ and ‘Mile Builder’ sailing adventures as of February.
